Course and learning material will need to be downloaded and sessions with consultants will be arranged to take place via video conferencing software.

Sessions with consultants start at $40.00 per hour and all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. When you request a session with one of our consultants we ask that you provide as much information as possible regarding your goals and objectives for the sessions so that our consultants may give you an accurate timeframe of how many sessions they recommend you book.
We reserve the right to change the prices for any of the products and services that are offered on www.knowhowtodesign.com without notice. Any changes made will not affect the prices of any orders that have already been placed.
We accept payment via credit card and debit card. You must pay for all the course materials that you have chosen in full and the company will charge your card that you have chosen to pay for the course materials once you reach the final billing page and submit your order.
The billing descriptor KHGZ, UAE, will be displayed on your billing statement after you have made a successful purchase.
All files and course materials shall be sent within 48 hours of the payment being received.
All customers have the right to cancel their order prior to the course materials being delivered and downloaded. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. If you decide to cancel a course then the refund will be processed as soon as possible.
Refunds and cancellations can not be offered outside of this refund policy. If you choose not to continue with the products and services on www.knowhowtodesign.com then all course fees still need to be paid.

When you work with us on bespoke design projects then we will work with you on them until you are happy with the finished result. All time frames given to complete a website design process are an estimate only. We will not be held liable for any project over-runs which may occur.
